Day off in Sioux City and Famous Dave makes an appearance! 02-07-10

As we wake from our slumber the bus is trying to get into the hotel car park.

Round and around we go.. and go .. until finally we get in.

Showers, laundry, Walgreen's, suitcase sorting.. All before a spot of exercise.

If any non-American fancies a walk be warned!

The native's don't like it, don't understand it and will tell you so by employing their horns or by shouting abuse from their giant vehicle windows.

On our little trip to see the 'Spirit of Sioux' statue we encountered such revelry.

We find the marina, whose car park was resplendant with 2 bright yellow corvettes..

We also find a massive statue of Lewis & Clark with a large new foundland dog.


On our way we bump into a couple also taking the air..

And it's back to the Mogulators pad to count up the swag!


The day is completed by a huge tray of barbeque food courtesy of Famous Dave.
